Lyrics:

Well you can bump and grind
It is good for your mind
Well you can twist and shout
Let it all hang out

But you won't fool the children of the revolution
No, you won't fool the children of the revolution
No, no, no

Well you can Terraplane
In the falling rain
I drive a Rolls-Royce
'Cause it's good for my voice

But you won't fool the children of the revolution
No, you won't fool the children of the revolution
No, no, no

Yeah

But you won't fool the children of the revolution
No, you won't fool the children of the revolution
No, you won't fool the children of the revolution
No, you won't fool the children of the revolution
No way!

I'm 66 and been a fan since 1970 Ride a white swan, and when I hear a T.REX song on the radio, TV the hairs on the back of my neck still stick up. Bolan got me good and proper, and I've passed it on to my grandson he loves it

What the heavens is going on? I'm just discovering T Rex now? And to think I thought they only sang that one hit. These guys are incredible. Sounds a little like Nazareth. ❤❤❤

I'm 52 this track my birthyear, this GORGEOUS Marc Bolan is my musician hero from the start our dutch radio Stations played it a lot on and on.
i was aware of this song
when i was 3. Just 2 years
before his tragic death.
Much later i saw it back and thought, "I've always looked l at him a beautiful. I love masculine femmine men! Not to much testosterone. He was that type. Kind, talented, intelligent his son
is also musician. So sad
he couldn't enjoy his child. Marc knew he wouldn't grow old, sadly he was right. Marc is my 4ever loved Musician ever lived!. ❤🎼🎙🎸

I think Marc Bolan’s voice was imprinted on my soul when I was 11 years old. There’s no one else who sounds like him, and his voice always stirs the memories..in the best way!!
