Make sure back doesn't bend running on wheel and if put 15cm of bedding only need to change top soiled areas bout half max monthly

Nowhere near enough bedding depth and the cage isn't large enough. Hamsters need a minimum of 770 square inches of floor space or they get stressed. 1000 sq inches is recommended, especially for female hamsters.
Small hamsters need at least 8 inches of bedding depth so they can burrow. Syrians need 10+.
Hamsters need foraging sprays, branches, sand baths, lots of textures and cover. They like to have a crowded cage.
I made my Hamsters cage by following Victoria Rachel's diy cage tutorial. Would recommend building that or getting a fish tank 75 gallons or more.

I would put the gate at the top so you can add more bedding at least 8 to 10 inches so she can burrow :) it's a beautiful cage! But a good burrowing environment would be greatly 👏🏽 by your Hammy ❤😊

If you want to set that up like you need to add more bedding so that they can borrow and make themselves at home easily so yeah!
