We can call these bonuses "one-time good will purchases". Meaning that companies that are saving a crap load with lower taxes, convince people that they are the ones winning by giving them a tiny increase compared to the overall increased profits. So good yes. As good as it is trying to be portrayed as, no.

Kimberly-Clark was going to lay off anyway they do this every few years. the more machines they get the less people they need. And before you say anything I know many of people that have worked there and still work there.
