Another great seasonal job has always been tax preparation during Jan through April. Companies like HR Block & Jackson Hewitt will provide training in the fall for a nominal fee. I did this for 20 years while holding down another job. It was great working with people, leaning a new skill and making $$$.

Candy factories (like See's) gear up for holidays Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter. They need packers, shippers, store staff.

Pepper Princess, I Love your videos. But, especially the end of your videos to see your dogs. I lost my Jack Russell three years ago and had to put him down. It still hurts. Love your fur babies.

The key to become a millionaire is to start early !!

Thr absolute best scenario to be in is not needing to work for money and just doing what ever anything that satisfies your curiosity or creative urge and spend your time doing that. That's my dream and if I have to pick up a second job on the weekends to get there then I'm willing to do it. I've read enough books such as the millionaire fastline and unscripted to know this is no way to live. Mark Manson the author of the subtle art of not giving a F made a vid on this recently, if you're in a state where you'd mind or bandwidth in consumed with "paying bills" then you're probably not going to be in a mental state that can produce good ideas that will 10x your results. A relaxed state. This is why I believe people should take short cuts or work together by pooling their funds to get ahead because you need to get to the point of self actualization as soon as you can.

...I beg to differ, umpire can be a thankless occupation, even dangerous at times...

People also need their homes cleaned before the holidays. That would be a wonderful service to start.september to December.

A service that is needed in the floral biz. Is decorating graves with fresh or silk flowers some people want it done on the holidays or on the individuals birthday or of the death day of their loved one. It is a niche. I provided that service at the time for $38. I clean the headstones and lay the flowers, stood back and took a photo to document and send it to their love ones, you have no idea how much the people appreciate this. It brings them to tears somebody could offer to a florist that they could help do that service and be compensated for it.
I would do it within the week of the date that they requested

Red Cross is my go-to for CPR/first aid certifications. They also offer babysitting, child care, and lifeguard/water safety courses.

Thank you, this is so great... do you know about good places to look for work from home/remote jobs? I take care of a family member and have a job already but would love to find an additional remote part time option.... been researching

I retired early from my "real life" job at the age of 57. ( Union job, we could go 30 and out, regardless of age) I retained my same health benefits, top of the line, for $88 a month, until I reached 65 and went on Medicare....$$Ouch$$. Anyway, I picked up a job working for my state's DOT in the winter time. ( I live in the snow belt of the east coast) . I worked November 1st until March 31st. 40 hours a week Monday-Friday as a dispatcher. ( Great job when there wasn't any snow...LOL) THEN, I collected unemployment from April until just about mid October! It was great. No benefits other than earning PTO and ....another pension! I retired from that two years ago. Loved it!

Hey lady!!! I wanted to tell you that I first watched this video a few months back and then I went looking for seasonal work. I found out that here in Arizona you can run a fireworks stand for one of the big fireworks companies and keep the profits. You don’t have to be a non profit. My husband and I took a week of paid vacation and earned $5000. We loved it! It was hard work but the customers were so great. People buy fireworks only to have fun or to make a fun time for their family. Sooo many cute kids and even grateful and respectful teenagers. We want to do it every year. Here in AZ there is an extra season and we are planning to run a stand this winter also. Thank you.

If you pick up downed trees you can sell firewood. A few weeks ago thousands of trees lost limbs. I'd need a commercial shredder to process the waste . Arborists do this work year round, but if you are opportunist you can collect a lot of free firewood - which sells for a high price around here

My now deceased neighbor heated his home this way..

I don't see a way to become a millionaire by working seasonal jobs. If you have the time and you can schedule extra work in addition to a full time job, you can make extra money, but a million? Probably not unless you make some very lucrative investments.

One of my very best seasonal jobs was at a call/order center for 800-Flowers...fun, decent pay, perks and it fit into my grad school schedule.
