Man I'd been trying to figure out how to mirror buildings for HOURS. Thank you so much.

A quick note on asphalt that I noticed, open to comment and critique:
Because you cannot store asphalt, this can mean that bitumin, the oil refining byproduct used to make it, can build up very quickly. If allowed to fill completely, your refinery will stop producing both bitumin and fuel until the backlog is cleared. With that said though, bitumin generally sells for a pretty good price on the export market. So an easy and profitable way to clear the backlog in between bursts of road construction can be to set up a tanker train line to transport excess bitumin for export. If you find that your supplies are running low or you're gearing up for a big project, just send that train to the depot and have it wait for when you next need it.

Bonus: When upgrading roads from gravel to pavement using your own natively produced materials, I've found it very useful to build temporary parallel dirt roads as a bypass to keep traffic flowing; it may be slow, but it's far better than having everything shut down because the trucks and buses can't get through.

5:00 - For building on the grid, I would like to add that you can use F1 to toggle between No Grid, Grid, and Snap to Grid. So if you want a nice grid-based city, you can use grid snapping. You will see a magnet icon appearing over the "terrain grid" on the right hand side tooltip.

Special thanks for the firefighting helicopters! Here's a trick for building long roads much more quickly. The roads are built starting from an end that is accessible and the process is painfully slow. What I do is build a dirt road alongside the new road, and connect it to the dirt road at regular intervals. This divides the new road into separate individually accessible segments that can be built concurrently. Construction speed is multiplied by the number of segments created, as long as the equipment (mostly bulldozers for a gravel road) is available in sufficient numbers. The dirt road can be deleted once the work is completed.

Great video. As a player returning after a couple of years for a new serious playthrough this helped tremendously. 1) Refreshed my memory on many things. 2) Brought me up to speed on some of the additions since i last played. 3) Despite 500+ hours played i actually learned a couple things that i never knew but i'm pretty sure were there all along, such as the signage on the front of buildings which i am sure i have seen in videos and screenshots right from the start (im probably going to spend an hour now putting signs on everything ive built so far lol). Besides the helpful info the production quality was very good, including the narration which was clear and also calmy enthusiastic instead of being forced, which i very much liked. Thanks for your efforts!

This was great work, and much higher quality than the videos for WRSR that are currently popular. Very keen to see more videos from you.

The text was a great touch to add additional information. The size and font are perfect, IMHO.

When you press N it also speeds up the crops growth which I think is a bug but so far nothing has been done about it.
Also great video. I'm sure it'll help new players to struggle less.

Oh gosh the labelling one, I guess I accidentally did one like two years ago on a bus terminal filling it with the town's name, I thought it's a rare generated thing until now.
