This is freakin amazing until you have to clean up after a bunch of people before and after the big get together. See the guest have it made. All they have to do is show up, party and hit the road afterwards. Who's the first and last person on and off this damn thing? The owner. Trust me i know from having a cabin cruiser. Also i laughed so hard when someone would try and give me $20 for gas. Ummmm ok that won't even get us out of the cove. Haha

Beautiful boat. But, the one thing I have noticed with all of these house boats no matter the size. Very poor visibility from the helm and fly bridge. I would have to totally have that changed before I would even consider buying one.

Unless you have parties every 2nd day what a waste of space the upper level is. As far as the kitchen goes, who designed that cramped piece of crap ? 2 feet of room between the stove and the countertop. The bottom level is just as bad everything is so cramped for so much space available.👎👎
