I have watched several hundreds of yacht and houseboat tours over the years and most focus on designer type interiors lots of just stuff like tablets, chairs, couches, cabinets, while losing out on the opportunity to have more space. I absolutely love how open the floor plan is in this. I am shocked 😲 by the amount of room that this has.

I like the way that this is simple, with a no frills, no thrills type interior, that allows for someone to add their own personal touches of design and clutter, if they are so inclined, while allowing it to have a MASSIVELY open uncluttered type floor plan. Brilliant!! 👏

It allows for entertaining many guests without people bumping into one another or stuff. In addition, it allows the storage of many water toys, a tender, etc..., while in route to your destination, then you can later use the area to set up a dance 💃 floor, shoot hoops, do yoga 🧘‍♀️ or 🧘‍♂️ put-put golf or whatever else you want to do. The possibilities ✨ are endless. The only thing that I did not see 🙈 and I feel that most people who would purchase something like this would definitely want, is a slide. I was actually rather surprised that I did not see one. That is a must have on a boat 🚢 like this.

Have you named her yet and officially christened her? That was an awful lot of hard work to allow someone else that honor. Imho 😉

Nice job!! 👏 I noticed when you launched her that it looked like she had a slight list on one side, but cannot remember if it was her port or starboard side. I was not sure if it was just optical illusion or not and I am curious 🤔 if anyone else noticed that?

Interesting video, I wishg it were longer and more in depth. It is best viewed if you slow the playback down to 75. That wide open top deck I wondered what I'd do with it...then it hit me...dance deck for all the parties I could have in this thing.

I have watched a ton of these video's. All different size shape and styles of houseboats. The one thing they all have in common, is piss poor visibility from the helm and fly bridge. Not that great. That would have to change before I bought one.
