Although my headphones get connected to my iPhone (Xs) the app returns back to the pairing screen and does not continue with the setup. I just got the Wh-1000XM4s.

Any suggestions why the software update doesn't show up? I just bought the headphones today. So I start everything from scratch. It would be nice to have a manual option for software update. Automatic doesn't work. It has always been that way in any Sony products except play stations.

I’m finding that the speak to chat difficult blip in software I think as, when I am home I I switch it off, however when I chastise I my dog it comes back on, this happens all the time. How can it be resolved Sony?

1:32 I just bought the Sony WH-1000XM5 and they DON’T have the Surround (VPT) feature.
I just can’t believe they didn’t bring this feature back and instead gave us that 360 audio stuff that basically NOBODY uses 🤦🏻.

I’m glad I still have my XM3 laying around because they are the last model to include this AMAZING feature… I’ve read online that the Sony xperia phones still offer the surround vpt feature. Maybe the Sony Walkman also still features it but I’m not sure.
Now my XM3 are my most precious headphones because they’re the last to feature surround vpt.

Why doesn’t Sony bring this feature back??!! It’s software! It’s just an update away and so many people keep asking for it back, why won’t they just bring it back?? 😪

Do the settings save on the headphones each time? For example, if I choose the “club” setting and turn off my XM5s, will it still be on that setting the next time i turn them back on?

I just purchased the XB910N & downloaded the app (on the instruction manual). I keep getting the “cannot connect network” message.
I’ve tried using wifi and cellular data. Any solutions?
