Always love Ina. As a suggestion, I would keep the stilton cheese in the fridge until just before serving so it stays chunky and doesn't fall apart when cut. As always, thanks so much, Ina !

Ina, I love your bigger chops and dices! So very many cooks think that the finer the chop the more fancy it is. For me it just turns it into baby food. It loses its texture and taste meaning.

Well I have a air fryer to cooked my bacon 400 degrees for 15 mins on a baking sheet pan over rack that comes with my baking sheet pan they came out crispy and delicious mmm 😋

You can also get really good results by pan frying the chicken....it's the browning and the bones that impart flavor to the meat.
