In this video we find out how two 40 foot shipping containers were transformed into an amazing Tropical House in Villareal, Costa Rica. This beautiful container house sits on over on 13,000 square feet of tropical land in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Villareal, Costa Rica. The project consists of a main house, a separate guest house and adjoining workshop. This single story house made out of two 20' shipping containers placed parallel and set a part to saddle a big open space in the middle built of conventional wood framing.

I was disappointed when I did not hear the original narrator. It added a certain uniqueness to the videos. The soothing, calming, and slow speech tone really allowed for absorbing the content. Will the original narrator be returning? In any case, I love this content.

Very nice the whole design is nice. The thing with container homes is that they must have an unexpected spacious unique inner layout not found in any average home as long as this is accomplished it is a define hit!

That home won't cost more than $20000 in Costa Rica. Zero design skills and it is a nice oven.
Do you realize how hot it will get in that area that is always 90F! Pure metal with no insulation.
Yes it has AC but electricity is very expensive in CR. So you will pay mega bucks to keep the temp fairly decent.
The land better be worth a lot of money since that home is not worth much. Luxury homes yeah right.
There are good designers and architects in Costa Rica. This was done by an amateur with no idea of what they were doing and charging the gringo price. No thanks

I live in USA 🇺🇸 I love my country I’m proud of my country 🇨🇷 but With that money I can make 4 homes of two 40 ft containers in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 not including Solar means Sq ft property, tax permits and more why I said that because I already done it, good luck with those prices 👍Pura Vida 😂 🇨🇷
