Jen Shang is Professor of Philanthropic Psychology and Research Director at the Centre for Sustainable Philanthropy Plymouth University.
Her research and teaching focuses on the “Why”s in understanding the psychology of philanthropy as the only true way of enhancing its practice.
She was speaking at Revolutionise's second Annual Lectures on 4 December 2014 in London at the Royal Institution. Her topic was 'Latest thinking on donor thinking, motivations and response'.
