Thank Simon! This is where people who have an infinite mindset excel - you can push people around only when you can see them and their work. You have to pull - influence them to behave as if you were in the room even when you aren't. This requires empathy, a great deal of time and energy spent in communicating, and time invested (not wasted!) in establishing closeness and trust. Communication in remote work environs is limited - no posture, vocal tone, facial expressions, etc., which is where 60% of information and information context come from.

“We are trying to find our new cadence...” a small yet super true statement. Mostly humans are creatures of habit and our habits have been, interrupted to say the least. Finding a new rhythm and meaning to activities and spaces you now work and live in will greatly help transitioning into, and later out of this current phase.

Simple and easy pick a phone and call, most of people will not answer they phone when they see it's their manager calling and which is right in a wrong way, we know they don't call so please playing together it make a team to have a great game than a good game, Simone love you brother, thank you my very good sir you are on it

Here I am listening to Simon. My boss has gone from being cool to stress to cool and to stressed again. So I'm just chatting to him about the pandemic and family life. Hope Simon is right! haha

Thanks man! I am happy to hear we are doing a good job, even though we only have 10 employees, the first thing we did is call everyone and ask how they were doing and letting them know we are here for any personal or financial problem.

Thanks Simon - great advice. I work with a team who’s practiced at working remotely. The challenge I find is battling the “sitting on my hands” feeling because the colleagues I support are overburdened with crisis management at the moment. Any advice on mustering patience alongside readiness?

Leadership where I work is everything you say is bad. We're a fortune 50 company. The direction we get specifically is "if you're not happy here then leave" which I understand however this is against the backdrop of a panic reactionary management style coupled with "pointing out leadership gaps and procedural issues is being seen as complaining" and "there's nothing we can do". It's EXTREAMLY disappointing when the only drive is what pushes the stock price higher.
