WOW! Years later and people are still blessed by this. We were teenagers at the time and many of us had never sung before or made it that far in the international level of the competition so it was a BIG DEAL FOR US :) - especially with no music we really had to focus so that we didn’t sound like a train wreck. It’s such a precious memory for us so THANK YOU to all those who enjoy and appreciate the power behind these types of Negro Spirituals and its importance in black culture.
