PS bonus tip, get the wasteland survival guide at gullet sinkhole to increase your swimming speed by 25%. I believe it stacks with these so you'll swim at 165% speed. feels like being a speedboat

dont forget set your settings to minimum and look at the floor, the game speed is tied to FPS, so the higher your fps the faster the game runs, which isn't technically moving faster as a player, but the entire game moving faster

Wear whatever armor you want just have high endurance, Nuka Colas + Jet Fuel. You’ll sprint forever.

There's also a legendary weapon that speeds up while aiming down the sights. I had a setup that almost made aiming as fast as sprinting.

I got a piece of armour from a legendary enemy wich gives me 10% more running speed, so if I did get these things today I would have essentially a full set of S P E E D
