The San Marzano look amazing Gemma! Wow. Now, explain to me this empty freezer - what is this sorcery?!! 😂😂 I'm going to have to try canning this year - there's no way I'm fitting anymore toms in my freezer!

I freeze my Cherry tomatoes, like you I wash them first and dry them. Then I get a tray cover the bottom with parchment paper to stop tomatoes sticking to it, then place all the tomatoes on the tray so they are not touching one another and place tray on shelf in the freezer. When frozen they are like little frozen sweets. Remove frozen tomatoes put them all in a freezer bag together and put bag in freezer drawer. Taken as many out of bag as and when required.. Can use this method for all tomatoes . No need to remove skins.

Hello Gemma, You have so many wonderful tomatoes, the San Marzanos look fantastic. I always use them in my sauce. I started adding Cherokee purple a couple years ago for additional color and flavor although they have more water. Next year I’m going to try the Ukrainian purple Roma tomato. I am very impressed with your tomatoes this year. I hope you have another good year next year as well. Bye for now Steven.
