IMO, the worst Lois has ever been was the coffee shop episode. Lois is so desperate to be customer of the week, she plants peanuts in one of the worker's car so that she will suffer from an allergic reaction. Lois planned to jump in and administer an EpiPen to save the worker's life. The plan failed because of a delayed reaction and the worker crashed. Lois then kidnapped another worker to keep him quiet because he saw what Lois did via security camera. And at the end of it all, Lois still claims to be a good person.

Roberta’s worst thing is so mild it’s hilarious. It’s like comparing serial killers and predators to jaywalkers.

For quagmire one of the worst things he has done was when he gave up Anna Lee and said I might see her when she turns 18 insinuating that he will sleep with his own daughter if they run into each other.
