Number 3 is lacking some context. Due to a sequence of events, Stewie became responsible for the Big Bang, so if Bertram offed Da Vinci (which he did), he’d cause the end of the entire universe. So Bertram did deserve to get the axe. However Stewie managed to save the universe anyway.
