kobo aura 2 screen frozen - N236 (first day of use)

kobo aura 2 (N236) had its screen frozen during first book read (after around 20 pages). Rebooting it by holding 15 seconds won't solve the problem... screen backlight goes dark and bright, but screen doesn't change. Connecting to USB on computer seem to work (by clicking on the "correct" position on screen), but screen won't change anyway. Looks like some hardware failure.
