i remove my motobike towise, but i did not checked pilot jet have two ends that i can see light, through this vedio you teach me to clean, i tryed to see that hole but it's hard to clean, light can;t see, i replace with new one .. now its works

I had to replace the carburetor on my Chinese atv, but now it idles to high and if I gun it it dies. We have to adjust the choke a lot to get it to even idle somewhat normally but in drive or reverse, it idles fine no problem.

Recently I installed a new carburetor in my car. The bigger main jet that it came with was of size 180. With 180 jet, the acceleration was jerky from half to full throttle, but it accelerated pretty quickly. I swapped the larger main jet from 180 to 135. Now with 135, the car bogs down under wide open throttle (especially when the pedal is quickly depressed), and then picks up after around 2 seconds. I've also noticed that the acceleration isn't as good with jet 135 as it was with 180. It idles perfectly fine and acceleration is smooth and crisp for half pedal; only problem is that with WOT, it bogs down and isn't accelerating as it should. Should I go for larger jet size of 150?

Recently i cleaned a pwk carb. To fit it in my wave 150cc
I bought a new repair kit. genuine repair kit. And now i have the problem that it doesn't idle and if it does it sounds like its "knocking" the exhaust just goes

"Brab... Brab... Brab... Brab" but so loud noise. I saw now your video i will try cleaning it maybe something is in there

I have a problem with the carburetor adjustment, the candle is clean all the time, the air adjustment does not help, the dose on the needle does not help either, the nozzles are clean, engine 4t kawasaki klf250

Could this be my problem? Please help. I have a 2013 Dyna superglide. At idle, my rpm’s are very high and remain high for awhile (even as I’m going) followed by check engine light. After a few miles it finally settles down to normal (check engine light also disappears) but later on both check engine light & high rpm’s return. Could it be as simple as cleaning the carb / pilot jet to fix this?

you can tell all that nicely like the rest on youtube but my dmp carburetor brand new out of the box only runs with the choke open jet 70 or 80 or 100 made no difference, everything is new,

When I was cleaning my carb I took out one of my jets and it had cracks at the bottom. Do you think that could have been the problem

Hello again, could I ask you a question regarding my sons 2008 crf250r. The bike had not started in 4 months but was running fine before it sat. I took the pilot and main jet out through the bottom of carby without removing it from bike. cleaned them as shown on your video. All good put back together and gave it a start. The bike started on choke then reves for about 1 to 2 seconds and then dies. tried it a few times with the same result. Then I take the choke off and give it a kick or two and some gas and it starts and idles perfect. revs fine sounds good. next day tried again with choke on. exactly the same fires reves up for a second or two then dies, but starts with no choke again. any idea what I should be looking at here. thanks in advance. cheers

On my ATV in the air box i have like a very gross oil from engine and some dirt, the headgasket is bad, that's the problem why my engine is not starting ? the carburetor is dirty and the gasket is bad ? i check the spark and is good, compression i think he had because on exhaust is throwing air
