I always hate when my teachers say get into groups. Some of my teachers have noticed that a few of us hate working in groups so they always say “or if you want to you can work alone”

I hate working in groups because i usually am the only one who does the work. While my friends do help, their input isn't exactly what is needed. I mean we're seniors, you can't get away with a middle school level research and effort. Just a couple months back i ended up doing a 25 page essay all alone when 5 people were supposed to do it. When it's 5 pages per person it's not a lot but together, it adds up. I stayed up so many nights ugh

I hate it when teachers do that, like I had no friends in my class in Year 6 but my teacher honestly didn’t care. Oh and when I told my parents that the teacher wasn’t listening to me they told him and he ghosted me 💀

My least favorite is when they say to partner up, and im alone + theres a group of three. it makes me feel like genuinely no one wants to work with me cause one of the three should have ended up my partner instead of me being left out of everything 😢

My teachers also give people the option to work alone, but say the prefer for you to work in a group if you can

either the people in class hate me, or they make me do all the work but when i ask to work alone the teacher goes “nope sorry only a group can complete this project!” 💀

my math teacher lets me sit and work alone. i draw a little animal every day on the desk next to me and call it “friend”, and he finds it funny so from now on it’s kinda a tradition for me to be alone. it’s only the times he lets us do a test in partners everybody’s begging to be my bestie 😂
