My background is primarily I.T. for over 25 years and my Healthcare Simulation is more the 4 years now. Im so late but this is a good video on Sim Tech position and what's required. I was wondering what experience they look for because I didn't have a medical background. Thanks for answering my concerns

Thanks for this video. If I were to choose this type of career, what would be the best degree to obtain? I understand there is a degree program in Lab Simulation, but they are very scarce. What other degree would prepare someone for this line of work? PS, I already have a medical background.

What can someone expect for pay from this field? Looking online gives ranges that are too large, I was unable to come to a conclusion.
