The roller was a game changer for me. Loosened up my quad and hamstring, and eased my shin. Plus I used it with my arm stretched above my head, and roller it down the underside of my arm, to past the lats holy heck it was great. I can lift my arms up higher and straighter and a click sound that was there is now gone. Easier than foam rolling too.

I have the original Intracell Technology Executive model myofascial hand roller cerca 1991. It helps some but my condition is very chronic. I used a number of technics over the years with only temp. relief. Moving in general within reasonable limits feels better than lying or sitting. Thus either overdoers or couch potatoes are the most afflicted. Wouldn't you say injuries also contribute?
