1. Drinking water that's too wet
2. Breathing overweight oxygen molecules
3. Taking showers in a standing or seated position
4. No more silent flatulence

Moderation is key along with detoxing. I think stressing does more damaging than using Moderate use.

I've been using a microwave for 35 yrs, doing pretty well. If you want some real advice, don't eat McDonald's five times a week!! There you go.

It is widely accepted that the denaturing of nutrients (basically the molecules unfolding) that occurs in a microwave makes them easier to digest. Your stomach acid also denatures the proteins. Humans cook food because it denatures the nutrients to make them easier to digest. You’re free to not use a microwave, but when your justification is opposite reality, I should call it out.

No, your microwave is not slowly killing you. Denaturing proteins just unfolds them, not dangerous, your stomach would do that anyway to digest the food. Humans have been cooking things for thousands of years because breaking down the nutrients makes them easier to digest, just eat some raw vegetables if you’re worried about it

Which is why women’s makeup has always been a concern to me. Worldwide, 99% of women over age 15 wear some sort of makeup. The daily coverup with chemicals to the face cannot be healthy long term.

People really overthink eating. Like we didn’t used to need to eat so much. We still don’t, our bodies are always optimizing. Always giving “what the body needs” in its entirety makes a pretty weak digestive system and a lazy metabolism.

Microwave use for me depends on what I’m heating. I won’t heat up soup that way (except ramen). Even canned. Always heat it on the stove. For some reason, it just tastes different to me.

Realistically, the less plastic we use, the better. We were absolutely lied to about its recyclability.

Yeah don’t vibrate your water molecule in the microwave. It’s too efficient. Use the oven instead. It’s slower so it’s uh GOODer
