I love Banana Republic, but their prices have gotten “next level”. They never used to be this expensive for elevated basics. They are up there with some of my favorite luxury brands at Nordstrom now. The quality is good, but not luxury level for the price. I wait for there 40% off sales to buy anything there.

I agree Banana Republic has really stepped it up. I love all the different sizes. FINALLY someplace to get pants and tops in tall sizes. I got a pair of bright yellow pants there last month and they are so beautiful.
