Easy creamy lemon garlic salmon and potatoes recipe

Save this recipe for later—this is hands down my favorite way to make salmon! I tend to eyeball most of my ingredients, so bear with me on the measurements, but trust me, it’s worth it! 😋
Steps:
1. Air fry your salmon with a little salt, pepper, and basil until perfectly cooked.
2. Boil baby potatoes (halved) until tender.
3. In a pan, melt butter and sauté 1 tbsp garlic until golden (careful not to burn it!).
4. Add ½ to 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and let it bubble up.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh or dried dill.
6. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
7. Add the salmon and potatoes back in, mix everything together—and done! 🥳
