I blew through cash and credit was surprisingly challenging. Mostly because C is new to me and it does not hold your hand like python. Just finished Caesar and Substitution tonight. Harvard's assignments are top notch!

Pset5 is really hard for me. I think I understand now why veterans hate pointers and dynamic memory allocation.

take your time in weeks 1, and 2 and fully understand them because weeks 3, 4 pset are so hard

Working on Credit and solving it was one of the most satisfying experience of my life.

I solved it in like 30 hours

it is genuinely so much easier to first try and figure them out on paper first

Honestly the credit one belongs to the next lecture(wich is arrays), because without you knowing that you can just use a string array to make things way easier its just so hard.

Would you say cs50 teaches you how to program as well as learn computer science? Also does it teach you how to code in terminal and navigate and hack stuff? Also would me being 13 be able to do the course or is it to hard

I thought week 1 was hard, too. Ive only really used python a bit before, i have no idea how many hours i spent on w1p, but in my experience u just keep trying and u get there. Id guess i spent 10hrs on it 😂

same i had to code it first in C# but translating it into C im not sure how to do that because im using a bunch of c# functionality. It works but idk if i did it efficiently

Be sure not to skip lessons. It’s harder having to reremember or relearn it. They build off each other.
