Just watched an old video and saw a comment asking for a natto type boba. Here is my idea of that.

I'm thinking of it more like a deconstructed gazpacho. The foamy part can replace egg white foam (or mix it with egg white foam). Semisweet soy sauce reduction drizzle over the foam. Unsweetened rice milk flavored like creating a dashi. The beans as the Boba plain or using molecular gastronomy to create soybean bubbles. The green onions could also be a Boba using the same method. The yolk could be a garnish, like a preserved egg yolk or dehydrated then made into a crumble mixed with homemade furikake.
