Always enjoy the property planning videos even though I don’t own any.

Hands down the best thing ive done to my property was to hinge cut trees at 4' - 6' high along my property line so that it creates a visual/physical blocking fence It prevents people from being able to see inwards & animals can easily travel under the hinged trees.... No food plot needed - its a sanctuary now.

Love these videos, I'm working two pieces of land right now. 96 acres and 125 acres. My question is, Right now is it too late to Hack and Squirt? I'm in very south Tennessee. Right on the boarder of Alabama/Tennessee. My leaves are more stressed than changing. I'm probably right on the edge but I have 15 acres I need to work on hack and squirt this weekend. I'm hoping it's not too late. Thanks for all you do for deer hunters and land managers!

The sprouts are a good thing in moderation.

Some stump sprouts can provide a great deal of protein on the landscape.
But once the sprouts harden off they’re not good.
