According to the FInCEN website, Business Owners are Currently NOT Required to FILE BOIR.

Federal District Judge Mazzant of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has issued a preliminary injunction against the beneficial ownership reporting requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) ruling that it is likely unconstitutional. In the meantime, business owners can voluntarily submit the BOIR but it is not mandatory at this time.
