Sonic's shoes are iconic, but the shape and size of Soap shoes just fit his design more. I'm happy that in Sonic Prime conept art, his shoes seem to be more like the Soap shoes.

I honestly wanted to see SEGA bringing back the Soap Shoes as a wearable item in Future Sonic Games. These are my Most Favorite Sonic Shoes imo.

Ah yes. The shoes that was featured for only one Sonic game and never made another appearance. I wish Sonic Team kept these shoes instead of the Power Sneakers. If they can't be permanently replaced, they could serve as an alternate "costume, " at best.

Imagine if Classic Sonic, stays with the normal shoes, Sonic of the Dreamcast Era: with the Soap Shoes. And the Modern, with the Prime Shoes? It would be interesting!

I prefer his normal shoes or the riders ones but I’d still think it’d be neat if they started making the soap shoes like a 100% reward or something to that nature in newer games

Its crazy how for one game Sonic Team adds an all time iconic pair of shoes for Sonic, that replaces the other iconic design, and never shows them again.

Disagree with that title, they don't bend like Sonic's regular shoes, so his poses end up looking stiffer.
High Framerate for Sonic Unleashed is boss tho.
