The SOAPs are perhaps the best shoes Sonic has ever had and I’m glad they are returning. Sonic Frontiers, Sonic Speed Simulator now both have the SOAPs and I’m so happy about that

The SOAP shoes are rad and they match Sonic's gameplay mechanics of rail grinding way better than his old ones. Easily his coolest shoes. Try to convince me otherwise.

Also, the cutscene where Sonic is getting on the rocket also features him wearing his regular shoes, which was fixed in SA2 Battle.

Holy crap, you're right, I watched the original cutscene, and Sonic just magically has his Soap Shoes after grabbing the piece of the helicopter to use as a board before jumping off...
Also, the hand cuffs disappear too...

Actually, if you look at the bottom of trial sonic's shoes, you'd see they use the texture of ACTUAL soap shoes in real life.

6:57 - The clock in the NiGHTS pinball is the time limit to get enough matches before you get access to the second pinball area: the Nightmare realm. Easy way to tell if you’ve gained access is if a red carpet appears in the background. Then you need to get there before the timer runs out/you get too many single matches.
If you keep Sonic active long enough and have him fly along the walls of the Nightmare pinball room, you’re able to fly through rings with NiGHTS, see Wizeman, and collect orbs just like the OG game!
If you set your Dreamcast to Christmas Day, there’s a special mode you get with Sonic Adventure and the OG NiGHTS game as well. Give it a try!
