I would say Dr. Doom. While other villains might became good guys and other good guys became the villian. Doom is Doom. Whether his actions are good or bad he does them for his own interests and values and he sticks with it. The chaos from Joker is great. Usually always some great reads and moments. But the order from Doom calls for respect.

The reasons

1. Thanos: the acquisition of the Infinty Gems, was a Madman's quest. Killing half the MCU Universe was the most chaotic crime ever in comics. Its Cannon 💯

2. Joker: "the Batman who Laughs, 3 jokers, Death in the family, Barbatos, the Killing Joke..." Joker has killed just to piss off Batman, the worlds best Detective. He is sick, perverse, and crazily cool.

3. Dr. Doom: Doom has stolen more power than Vladimir Putin 😂. Doom has tested the Beyonder, Galactus, the FF4, Xmen, Hulk, the Avengers, Spiderman, Black Panther, Namor, and anyone else with $3 lol... "Secret War, Secret Wars, FF Vs. XMEN, books of, Doom, Doom series"

4. Lex Luthor: a human who wants to kill a GOD.... "NUFF SAID!"

5. Humans: nothing is worse than humanity. Nothing kills more. Nothing lies more. Nothing hoarss more. Impossible to be more perverse and twisted. So the humans, who become the villian, you're hot soupy pieces of shit 😂💩

Joker is suffering from 4th wall syndrome. Onec you break the 4th wall it drives you crazy or numb. He knows if no one reads the comics his universe will disappear.
