I've been using an old desktop version of excel and printing as pdf for easy emailing of invoice. Now I have the online version of office 365 I can't work out how to print or save an excel sheet to pdf. Any hints?

For those who are using a Mac, go to "File" at the very top of your computer (not the website) and when you hit "File" there is one that should say "Export as PDF.." and then just change the name of the file if you want, and choose where you want to put it. As for me, on Excel the "Export" button wouldn't show up and I ended up figuring out that in order to convert it, it has to be on the computer settings and not the browser(Excel). Hope this helps if anyone was struggling! :)

hello dear excellent one but there is problem, while converting multiple excel sheets to pdf the generated pdf has multiple blank pdf pages while excel does not have blank excel sheets, means how to cut those blank pdf sheets automatically

Hi, I'm currently working on a spreadsheet that saves a selection of the workbook as a dynamically named PDF (saves to sharepoint)

The issue I now have is I need 3 cells in the PDF to be editable after the save. Is this possible?
