How to install a Lincoln Electric MIG Conversion kit LCN-K610-1, and a side by side comparison of the weld beads.

I take you step by step: changing out the nozzle, diffuser, adding the solenoid and gas tubing. Then I hook it up and run a bead next to a flux core bead that I run at the beginning of the video.

110 volt Weld-Pac, Lincoln Electric welder.

It's been two decades since I did the conversion, so I forgot the procedure. Your video brought it all back.
Particularly changing at 9:00. I couldn't figure out how to do that for my life. Duh, it pulls out the back!

Little tip, push the bead with a mig, drag a stick. If its windy its going to blow the gas around, try to shelter the weld. Good review from an average guy with a welder!

Nice job with the video. Helped with my purchase plans.

I guess you’re outside but if it isn’t windy, you could crank the LPM by half that and be fine

Nice final bead. Which gas combination are you using?

NIce video, could not find that information somewhere else, so I am pretty happy, Got a Licoln 140hd and I want to transfer it from flux core to mig and I was wondering a little thing. Why do we have to change the lining? Did you saw a difference between the old and the new one? From the video I can see that the new have a O-ring at the solder station side but I could not see if there was one on the old, Beside that is there a difference IF there is?

Usually if you are having issues with fluxcore its either a technique, wire or setting issue.
