The problem is that ALL bmw have the phone button but not all cars have the function to pair it with a phone!!! and the pairing key is located in the boot/trunk on a sticker with a 4 digit key!

My E90 LCI has a pro stereo and has a telephone button both on the stereo and steering wheel just like yours. But nothing happens when I press on it. And on menu, there is no telephone option.
