The 5th release for the Dune Imperium games, and this is the first expansion to be designed with Uprising in mind. What's included? How many new Leaders? How do the Sardaukar Commanders work? We talk about all that, and little taste of Ix too!

I was late to Dune Imperium. I started with Uprising, but I didnt enjoy Choam or the Worms very much. I switched to base game plus the Ix expansion and have yet to pull Uprising off the shelf again. I absolutely love the Shipping track.

Good! I hate shipping in Rise of ix but like tech tiles. Now I can have tech tiles without the shipping in uprising.

I'm looking forward to this in a big way. I play Dune solo and two-player (love it, base version + expansions or Uprising), and D:I - Uprising made solo even better. Bloodlines + Uprising might just become my favorite combination. We'll see!

I've got everything for dune imperium so another expansiom feelsike it could do more for uprising and looking forward to it.

I just wish they designed expansions alongside the base games, they obviously new that they would be doing all of this from day 1.

I'm happy it can accommodate imperium but glad it is mostly focused on uprising.

My goodness, this expansion is PACKED full of simple cool stuff like more intrigue cards, but also new cool stuff like leaders and the Sardakar. I’m so stoked!

Didn't get into this game until Uprising came out. Can't wait for my copy of Bloodlines! It seems worth holding out on all base imperium expansions and this is giving us plenty to chew on.

Dune Imperium with Ix and Immortality is already a complete game (and gotten bloated). This expansion is for Uprising. It feels like the publisher is just trying to appease the Imperium owners with "Frankenstein" options. Once I get Bloodline, my copy of Ix is going to my friend who now owns my copy of Imperium.

Great explanation video! I have base Dune and I love it. I've only played it a few times, so it's still feels "new" to me and my group. I have Rise of Ix but haven't played with it yet. I'm not interested in Uprising or Bloodlines just yet. I still have lots of replayability left in Dune OG and then will add in Ix.

Great video! I can’t wait till my coffee arrives. Question for you all since I just got uprising for Christmas this year. do you all mix leaders from original Dune imperium into uprising? Also, do you mix imperial row cards? I believe in the back of uprising player guide it says that you can add all of it to uprising.

I own it all including the deluxe upgrade. However I've abandoned the first two expansions and only brought over a select few cards and leaders from original into uprising. I think Uprising + Bloodlines is the best way to play and mixing in a few leaders and cards from original is just a nice little add on.

Own both Dune Imperium and Ix with Immortality. Mix all of the staff and play on Uprising board. Exclude only base Paul and use house rule. Every player can discard up to two cards from imperium row during their reveal turn. Tested this rule in five games and think it work very good. But there is important detail: we play blitz from dire wolf app. We like it very much and play it since blitz was released.

Are you guys familiar with cubes? Specifically having a bunch of cards, set numbers of each, and a theme in mind, but you draft those cards and then build a deck with them; this is mostly done with Pokémon or Magic. But Dune is getting enough of a card pool maybe a fun cube crafting thing could happen and then you play that specified deck with whichever board/version of Dune you want.
