I met my x when she was 20 . I was her longest relationship of almost 6 years . I pray she comes back . We were perfect for each other I just lost sight of my goals and things I needed to do to continue building our relationship up

This is dreadful Coach Lee.. my ex never had any real relationships in the past. He said i am the only woman he has ever loved in his entire 51 years of life. But i now see he is completely emotionally unavailable. I know he had trauma issues… he thinks mom is the coldest woman in earth. Dad has left him pretty much on his own.. i can’t believe how he went spinning down from love bombing me, very passionate… then when our wedding was almost near, he stepped away after some disagreements.. i went no contact. But he reached out after 3 weeks.. i fell for it.. now we are back coz he gotten worse with zero empathy with me.. though he continued to say he will never fall out of love… i don’t know what to do. I left him after a huge fight… seems like i have no choice but to leave. Nothing i do to prove my love, enable him to show the same to me.

He is back after everything he did, and he is telling me that he is not really back and at the same time, he is asking for, demanding certain intimacy from me, telling me I will do everything if I really love him. I just don't understand what's happening in his mind...
I did the no contact thing...he is now communicating, but his demands and his threat that he is really not back... and may never be back...baffling me. I love him, but I can't do this...cater to his demands.

I’ve been in no contact for month now, I’m blocked from everything, for argument through text message about jealousy, we live 2 hours from each other, the relationship was perfect, wasn’t that long, I tried after the brake up to text and call from different phones and bag her, can I take something for her and leave it for Mother’s Day, like a card or small gift at work, or mail it to her house?
