Yeah it looks to be a sewn binding. The paper signatures are well defined when it's lying open. That's a hallmark of a sewn binding. It's not bad. And actually looks quite similar to my vintage Collins Bible from the early '60s. Although that one is genuine leather with art gilt pages. In terms of size and overall footprint, it looks to be the same sort of thing. I like that size honestly.

Yes it's a sewn binding, I've got 2 of them, but I suffered an eye stroke which causes double vision in my eye, I prefer the kjv sovereign personal size imitation leather about 29 pounds from Amazon by Thomas Nelson, the font is fantastic comfort print 10 point font, I cant recommend it enough.

Didn't know Collins Bibles still existed (apart from the TBS Comfort Text being a reprint/blowup of the Collins Iona), being that the same company owns the Zondervan and Nelson imprints. (And it does kind-of remind me of a Zondy.)
