Maverick McNealy fights for first TOUR win | Round 4 Highlights | The RSM Classic | 2024

In the final round of The RSM Classic 2024, Maverick McNealy cards a 2-under 68 to finish 16-under overall and claim his first win on the PGA TOUR.


This week marks the 47th and final event of the 2024 PGA TOUR season as Sea Island Golf Club hosts The RSM Classic. Ludvig Åberg returns to defend his title and plays for the first time since having knee surgery earlier this fall. Åberg last teed it up at the TOUR Championship in August, where he finished 16th in the season-long FedExCup. The World No. 5 has claimed eight top-10s worldwide in 2024, including T2 at the Masters, T5 at the Memorial and T2 at the BMW Championship in August. The Swede will be looking to become the first back-to-back winner in RSM Classic history. Area resident and 2023 Open Championship winner Brian Harman will also be in the field this week. Since 2017, he’s made six of seven cuts here and claimed T2 in 2022 and T4 in 2017. He also finished T13 in his last professional outing at the SJM Macao Open on the Asian Tour one month ago. Wesley Bryan will tee it up and sits on the top-125 bubble in the FedExCup Fall standings and in need of a solid finish to secure his TOUR card for 2025.. He hasn’t missed a cut through five starts in the Fall and has four top-25 finishes. Others to look out for are Ben Griffin, Si Woo Kim and Joel Dahmen, who holds the 124th position in the FedExCup Fall standings.
