The perfect Blue/Green general for a morph deck has got to be Kruphix. You have access to ludicrous amount of colorless mana which you can actually use to play your face-down creatures. My own UG morph deck has Zegana as a general, for no reason at all, but it's a lot of fun.

The one thing that bothers me in thedeck tech part is that Collectiv Unconscious is not Shamanic Revelation.

If you wanted to revisit this idea. Ezuri Claw of Progress is the blue green general you want. Morph creatures get you experience counters and when you put the +1/+1 counters on morph creatures your opponents don't know how they might use them when turned face up. Ex: hooded hydra, den protector, any of the unblockable morphs.

I saw a kruphix mentioned in the comments and that seems like a good one I also wanted to mention the ug commander I thought of first was experiment kraaj which doesn't seem horrible in a morph deck since you could make them even stronger

Hey, when you were asking for a simic commander for the morph deck, with the new edh decks you have the perfect one right now.

Ezuri claw of progress, whenever you play a creature with power 2 or less get an experience counter.
at the beginning of your combat put x +1 counters on target creature equal to the number of experience counters you have.

bigger morphs and the ability to add the green in for all those other cool cards

I've recently built a 5color morph deck with Horde of notions as the general (works nice with whisperwood elemental and is a threat of it's own). Works pretty well, and you can use so many cool new morphs and megamorphs. Cloudstone Curio ftw
I also have a Seton deck, it's similar but i tweeked it a lot. works so well till a mass removal but even then can recover nicely and flood the board.

Animar can potentially get out of control with morphs. After 3 creatures, your morphs are now free to cast, plus, it gives you access to green and red, which in turn, gives you more options.

Karrthus dragon tribal deck please! I have this deck which I've been testing out and I'm curious what pros can do with it. With cards like Dragon Tempest and Thunderbreak Regent it could be really fun. Also ways to cheat in those dragons like Wild Pair, Lurking Predators, Deadbridge Chant, Quicksilver Amulet and Belbe's Portal, you can make build an insane board state real quick. Don't forget the cheeky Savage Ventmaw + Aggravated Assault infinite combo! ;) Add some Gratuitous Violence for some spicy goodness.

Kruphix, God of Horizons.  All that colorless mana lets you cast quite a number of morphs after he's charged up for a little while.
