We are going down a dark path when it comes to transportation.

Only purchased two pick up trucks in the last 28 years. Both were three years old with less then 50k miles. Trade ins from people who decide to get ripped off and lease. Because of todays market and everybody wants a pickup truck, I bought a van instead. I have less invested in these three vehicles then the cost of a new Tesla. Won’t need another vehicle until roughly 2035. No EV for ME

Last year I bought my wife a model Y. Being a backyard mechanic and a pistonhead, I always wanted a Nissan GTR. Once I drove the tesla I no longer wanted a gas car so I bought another Y for myself, paid in cash(ouch). Tesla is more than a car company, it's getting into AI, and heavy into more software. Never bet against Elon.
