This is birth video of world's simplest electric train. Thank you for watching from around the world.

This “Train” is made of magnets copper wire and a dry cell battery.
Please enjoy watching this simple structure electric train (electromagnetic train).

World's Simplest Electric Train 【世界一簡単な構造の電車】

【Structure and How to make】 ※日本語での説明は欄の下

It's possible to get such power using a dry battery, neodymium magnets (super strong magnets which plated with metal) and a bare copper wire.
A point is that a magnet's diameter is bigger than a dry cell battery's diameter.
And an electric current flows to a coil through a neodymium magnets, and a coil will be an electromagnet only in an area between the magnet and the magnet.
The electromagnet and a neodymium magnet poles repel each other at one side.
The other side poles pull against each other.
They work same direction, and it become a big force.
The phenomenon also continues at a movement destination.

※Another important point is magnets direction

Thank you for reading.

How about making this simplest electromagnetic train for science fair projects?

In 5 years when my daughter informs me of her science fair 2 days prior, we'll do this.

For anyone who thinks this may be a form of "free" energy, it's not. It's powered by the battery, this experiment doesn't work with a battery that's completely dead. He even explains so in the description of the video where he goes over why it works the way it does.

This is actually a brilliant demonstration of the relationship between electricity and magnetism, among other things.
I'm glad the YouTube recommendation algorithm has decided to bring us all together in this time of need.

How does the simple electromagnetic train work?

>When the battery is placed inside the coil and both magnets are touching the coil it produces a closed circuit between the two magnets, and current flows.

>As the current flows through the conductive copper wire a magnetic field is created around the wire.

>This magnetic field interacts with the magnetic field created by the magnets in a way that repels the magnets on one end, and attracts the magnet on the other pushing the battery through the coil.

>As the train moves, the process repeats in the section of the track between the two magnets, making it run until the battery has no juice left!

-for people who wanted to know the reason.... (from the internet)

I work as a physics teacher in a Russian school, and such experiments are very exciting and motivate the students of the school.

I just remember watching this when I was 5 years old for no reason lol! I was remarkably one of my first steps towards science and now I'm an international science olympiad participant! Absolutely love this

There is no such thing as FREE Energy. You still have to put in the WORK to get something. In this case, the Battery is providing the ENERGY for this little experiment.

Me: Mom can I have a train set?
Mom: No we have a train set at home.
