Actually you on the whole have made some excellent observations. And your show is an excellent venue to showcase new products. 
I do enjoy the banter between you both have. It makes is so much more enjoyable than just a hard nose review…….

Not only are you absolutely correct about the delay for two years. But, the excuse ECM used for the extensive delays was the Covid pandemic. I appreciate the difficulty ECM must have had and their delay of a new product introduction can cause to their revenue flow. But there is no excuse that ECM can fall back on……to put one of their premier new models with multiple issues that have cropped up with their new owners starting in November and December 2021.

It has become so obvious to the market that the US dealers didn’t want their new Puristka machines until the issues have be fixed.
And so, I don’t expect the new models to be delayed in the distribution in the USA for an additional month or two.

So, someone in ECM forgot to keep testing this machine and let it come to market with these faults . They had two years to make sure this shouldn’t happen. “Inexcusable “

Let everyone understand, I think this machine is a brilliant concept and this will I believe be one of ECM’S top sellers in 2022-2023..
I also think there will be countless upgrades and modifications and new variations in the coming years… To make this an even better machine.
I even have a strong opinion that a frothing wand and a computer App may be in ECM’s future model upgrades.

UPDATE: This is an E61 group and it is being offered with a Flow Control Device that will be able to offer pre-infusion and make this machine a excellent expresso appliance. Many individuals want a small expresso machine that is small like the Olympia Cremini. Not everyone has the available space in their kitchen for a 
pro-consumer expresso machine. This tiny machine will produce some excellent expresso with having a width of 7 inches.. 
And if you want some frothed milk, then for $59.00 there are many milk frothing devices that will produce the correct heated milk with extra froth.
So, all that inaccurate information on this video was just sad because they could have done some simple research to know if it was a real E61 group. Then they should have surmised that it would be easy to modify with a flow control device that offers the control of the water glow from a slow pre infusion to a moderate flow…

I'm really narrowed down to this, classika, plus the two competing single boilers from Quick Mill. The Carola and Alexia Evo. I have to research more about each but I have time until I move to Europe. I barely have milk drinks so I'm leaning towards the Carola and Puristika. Puristika on a surface level i like how the tank is outside and easily accessible. Farther from heating element.

Some question regarding your remark:
Does the E61 head has to do only with the steam? Isn't it a design that guaranties a good espresso quality?
Also how do you compare the espresso quality of the puristika and the classica? is it similar or significantly different?
