My theory is, Agent 8 is the real Omen. I mean, Omen who we know, is only a fragment/half of himself. The 8 also looks like an hourglass where Iso is currently working as an assassin and they gave him an assignment and it is to kill Omen. Omen dont know anything about his past but he recognized the hourglass. And if you think about it, the number 3 is also a fragment of number 8 but the half is missing.

I think the thing you're forgetting about chamber double agent is that both sides DON'T know the chamber's are working with each other, hence why chamber's greatest fear as seen in the face reveal and the fears leading up to fades reveal is that he's afraid of being found out, then bring looked down on

Not many peeps notice it with focus but Sage has a voiceline that goes "Stay strong, the spike must be delivered if we are to save our friends." Could it be related?? I mean, who could be the friend she mentions? The attackers are literally there to steal radianite, no?

what if instead of 1 side only, its an agent that changes per side? like on defender it has 1 set of abilities, on attack it has another set? i think 1 sided might mess with the gameplays core a bit too much

I have heard some theories that Agent 08 is Nora, Cypher's dead wife

Imagine Agent 8 will be the last agent to release in Valorant with the most epic entrance/cinematic ever in history.

agent 8 could just be shatter which is basically thought of as a yoru prototype so it has ties with yoru and could be why yoru hears him/her as shatter is like a crystal thing that splits in two one red one blue if im not wrong and has no particular gender which is why it can be called her and crystal are like ice and since ice is cold it could be related to where it is trapped

A few key points:
4:36 Chamber's contact with his counterpart from both perspectives is very likely unknown to anyone in Protocol or Legion. None of the agents know he caused the Fracture incident, and with Alpha Brim's renewed resolve in kicking out Legion as shown in the Sunset cinematic, it is would be almost impossible for Chamber to reveal his connection with the other Chamber without getting serious repercussions.
5:48 Chamber's contact with his counterpart has likely stopped, evidenced by voicelines such as "Oh, our deal? It's over. Sorry for the late notice." when he kills the other Chamber
8:43 The voice that Yoru heard is likely his ancestor. There are currently no concrete links between Yoru and A8, as they've likely left before Yoru joined the VP.
9:25 Yoru cannot travel through time voluntarily. If you listen closely, he fell into a rift, described by him as "weaker (...), older, I could feel seams that someone left a long time ago".
Overall these are some creative ideas in the video, but with so little concrete lore to go on, we might just have to wait for Riot to make the next move

i don’t know if this has anything to do with the lore, but awhile back in a battlepass they had a lot of motorcycle related things/a woman who wasn’t an agent. the specific card is called the “grid crash” card. i know they sometimes do that but my immediate thought was that she’s a new duelist that might eventually come out.

I would like to put in a theory that I thought to myself when I had too much time: what if there is only ONE Agent 8?
Like, hear me out here.
There are humans, there are radiants, and then there's A8, which for some reason does not fall into either category, and whose powers signify that he is a truly unique existence to both, or all, worlds. This can be understood with something that I call the 'Unified World' theory, where I believe that all worlds included were once a single, unified world. We can also make an assumption with this that A8 was something that was left of an intergalactic entity that has no beginning or end, and whose ultimate goal is to unify all the worlds into the one world that it once was. This could explain the voice that Yoru heard in the 'much older dimension', which could be the dimension of the time where the world's were once unified, or were going to split off, which could explain his words 'never should have been'. It can also explain the fact that both worlds try to hide A8's existence, since his goal could cause a massacre on the scale of billions.

Theory: In the time dimension in which Agent 8 is trapped in (both alpha and omega), he/she sent Iso from the past into the current protocol in order to communicate with the other agents.

my theory is that agent 8 found something that shouldnt be seen/found and in order to play it safe, they sent him on a mission where he could not return from and is branded as a rogue hence no one talks about him and number is stripped from locker room as there is no locker of him on the other earth I think he is sent to the rift connecting to both the worlds and it changed the fate of other agent 8 making him just vanish from reality
