the thing with all these ''unpopular'' brawlers is that it takes a long time to unlock them dyna colt mortis piper and edgar are some of the first brawlers you get while eve janet ruffs otis are way down the starr road so a lot of ppl just dont have them

Otis is very unrecognised, some obvious reasons are:

Edgar
Unknown 4k burst with damage gear
3 seconds of assassin demolition(no one knew)
Too many other popular brawlers(lily meta, showdown cats)

Yea otis is super underatted.
Everyone talks about cordelius' mute gadget being so broken, but otis' mute lasts 6x longer and is rechargeable.
Not to mention that his dps is also quite impressive. (Almost 4k damage total every ammo)

i think 2 big reasons that they r so unpopular is because u get them super late down the starr road so most beginners won't have him vs. edgar or dyna, also, another important factor is appeal. Would it be more fun to jump on ppl and team wipe or play passively and slowly push up the map. all of the most played brawlers have cool special mechanics, and a lot of time it's so satisfying when u get that one amazing save in bb or that crazy team wipe in knockout instead of chipping smn down to kill them.

For colt his second gadget speedloader should also make his next 2 ammos unload 25% faster like griff star power keep the change.
And for silver bullet. Make it 20% wider and do dmg of 3 bullets (2160 damage instead of 1440)

Imagine if supercell did something similar like thumbs up for brawl but for ruffs. For example if we play ruffs 10 bilion times we get 5 legy drops or sum like that
