Click on the "Visual Basic" button in the "Code" section of the "Developer" tab.
In the Visual Basic Editor, go to "Insert" "UserForm" to create your first userform.
Add text boxes, labels, and other controls to the userform to create your data entry form. You can customize the appearance of the controls and the userform using the properties window.
Add a "Save" button to the userform that will save the data to a worksheet when clicked. You can use VBA code to write the data to a specific cell or range.
