God, this whole video is a masterpiece, but the "I'm a seed, and a seed needs to be covered in dirt to grow" speech culminating with him saying "this plants gonna die if we don't put some dirt on it" blew my mind

I know this is supposed to be a comedic video, but this genuinely, distinctly and specifically reminds me of so many work-related emotional and psychological burnouts I've had over the years. The length just punctuates how gradually the damage comes and how awful you feel toward the end. This isn't just hilarious, this is fucking art, a tome for the less advantaged, the wage slaves.
