3rd exercise 3rd machine 3rd set. One set performed here on this pivot press.. 1st time use and it was pleasure to be in this position after that fucked up scrunched up ill designed Hammer, which is going out... ThIs unit felt very good and had plenty of kick left on the positive lock out. More tension was held into the static then it's counter part the Cybex Squat Press. The Cybex Squat Press is still a very good machine. Again 1st time use here and was just getting a measurement on proper body alignment and power required. Only con I could see is that a larger foot platform would be better. Not required just more convenience...
