Two things I want to say here:

1. I wish this should have ended in the actual game, if we did save Mommy Long Leg, then maybe she should have been another
good character in the rest of the game chapters! and I still want to know about the robot hand at the end of the video, it’s the prototype right!?

2. Now that we got new characters from chapter 2, you can now start making videos of them appearing now!

Here's two main reason why it's not possible in my opinion:
1. MLL spent the entirety of Chapter 2 trying to kill the player, it would be a little hard to believe her when she said it was just a game.
2. MLL during the chase was single mindedly focused on killing the player, to the point of completely disregarding her safety. It probably wouldn't be possible to even make her realize that she was at the player's mercy.
