Another outstanding bio. Nice to see Johnny and Edgar get some of the attention they so justly deserve. "Together" is still one of my all time favorites. The interplay between them on "Baby What You Want Me To Do" is ferocious, beautiful, and absolutely captivating. Just cause I gotta get it into every post...Waiting for the Frank Marino bio!

It's a true badge of honor to NOT be in the rock hall of fame
F them. Both of the Winter brothers belong to a small group of artist's that shaped modern music history.

Always dug the winter Bros, especially the early stuff from the 60s and 70s. Never knew Edgar invented the “key-tar” either. Very cool

Shock Treatment is a great album. It doesn’t have any hits, but every song is well crafted and performed. It was a favorite of mine growing up.

The best live club performance I’ve seen in over 50 years of seeing bands was Edgar Winter and his band in the early 1990s.

I bought Entrance back in the early seventies. Great album! The song Hung Up is where Frankenstein got it beginning.

OK WAIT Edgar is the session sax soloist on the giant hit record, Simply The Best - have tro think Edgar's equal multi-instrument & studio whiz Todd Rundgren chose him to play on Meatloaf LP
